The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. Oxaco.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.


As long as you make the request for your account to be canceled within 30 days of the order, and notify us that you would like a refund within the comments of the cancel form, we will provide a full refund of the fees you have paid except for the non-refundable set-up fees.

If you terminate your account within 30 days of the order, we guarantee you a full refund. If your account is terminated by yourself or the Oxaco.com staff after the first 30 days, there is no obligation for a refund of any amount you have paid for the services.

Depending on the circumstances, the Oxaco.com staff will determine whether you receive a partial, full, or no refund.
